We have used custom screens twice now - once for self-closing sliding doors (required to pass a pool inspection). This job was difficult as there were also roller shutters to contend with - but they did it with ease, when others said it couldn't be done.More recently we've had a security screen door fitted. The quote guy said that they weren't the cheapest but explained why; it was due to the quality of the product and the fact that the screens were secured flush to the cavity and burglars couldn't just lever the screens open. Happy with the finished product.

Not sure Custom Screens was the cheapest quote, although they were certainly competitive. What was clear from the first contact, Dominic, that service and a genuine interest was a priority. Everybody else basically measured and left. Dominic's first comment was. "These are really nice looking front doors, we need to make sure we don't lose that look." His product knowledge and explanations of what needed to be done was excellent. I knew that the special Rosewood surrounds and look would be an extra expense but Dominic went out of his way to make sure I knew what I was getting and why it was extra and why it would take longer, over the Xmas break in fact. He didn't know I had already decided on this before he arrived but didn't try and hard sell it. I appreciated that approach.Some time later and quite close to fitting date I added a second screen (simple sliding door) to my order. Dominic was back to measure (the same day as my call) and promised to do what he could to have both doors installed at the same time. No hassle whatsoever, both doors were perfectly fitted by a professional and tidy Chris on the same day just four days after my changed order.

My experience with Custom Screens was very positive. They were prompt, price was competitive and customer service was very good. We had a minor issue on the day of fitting of the screen on our stacking door. This required a new door to be delivered from the workshop. This was dealt with promptly and completed on the day with no time delay. Everyone in the company has been easy to deal with and also very professional. Would recommend this company to others. I am now looking at getting additional work done by Custom Screens.

Just got my security screens installed this morning and the whole process was so easy and smooth. I ordered a Colonial security screen door from Custom Screens after having looked from a plain door. The design of the door maintained the character of the home nicely. We were refreshingly surprised by the professionalism and integrity of Custom Screens who fitted two doors for us. A test of a good company is how they respond when things do not always go perfectly. In our case although they had fitted one of the doors there was a small misalignment within the frame. Within days and without any debate they had re-measured the frame and re-made the door to fit perfectly. Throughout the experience we were kept fully informed of what was happening by Troy. We would be happy to review to recommend Custom Screens based on our experience.

After being told by several screen door providers that they could not fit one because of my double glazed front door, Custom Screens did not blink an eyelid, simply measured up and then came one day to fit the frame and a couple of days later to fit the door. Voila!!!!! I was impresses with everyone I spoke to, from the person I spoke to,on the phone, to the person who came to measure, and the person who did the actual fitting.This company was highly recommended by a friend who and used them, and I would recommend them to anyone else.

I chose Custom Screens to install a set of decorative double security doors for me. I had quotes provided by 3 companies. Customer Screens were not the cheapest (although not far off), but their customer service was fantastic, response time great and happy to answer any questions I had. Plus, I preferred their range of decorative doors and felt that their mesh would be more suitable than some competitors for using in a coastal suburb, due to salt in the air. The install was carried out exactly when they said it would be and was quick. Very pleased with the finished result, it is exactly as we wanted.

They also had a superior product in the sense that others needed a horizontal brace for our width doors (which we didn't want and there product was strong enough without it). Prompt service both in the sense of being a few weeks from ordering to being installed and installation took less than an hour. Friendly team. Recommended.

Went into their office/Showroom and they were extremely helpful as we had a pivot door and weren't sure if there was an option available. Came out on time and gave us options and told us the pros and cons of each installation. When we ordered they told us a manufacturing timeframe that was correct and we received a installation date a week in advance. The installer was on time and was polite and cleaned up after the installation. Little to their knowledge I did not shop around for quotes as they were professional and up front telling us they may not be the cheapest but you will receive a quality product. Installed today and we are happy with our purchase.

Had a great experience with Custom Screens. Replaced windows, doors and security screens. We always delt with Glen, who was always helpful even when he was time pressed. He was very knowledgeable with product selection, logistics and had prompt responses for any queries during the process. He provided guidance on selecting a design that is beautiful and suits the project whilst achieving it in the most cost effective way. He also managed to offer a very aesthetically pleasing alternative to the standard door hardware that we felt didn’t suit. The delivery people were also friendly and professional. In particular, Peter was very approachable and helpful with queries about the locks when he dropped off a security door. We would definitley use Custom Screens again!

Very happy with the service I received from both Grant who quoted our job and Chris who installed our security screen door and fly screens. We had a dog door ext to our sliding door and Grant made sure he allowed for this in taking measurements. Chris took great care installing the screens and explaining the features of the sliding security screen doors.
