I ordered a Colonial security screen door from Custom Screens after having looked from a plain door. The design of the door maintained the character of the home nicely. Custom Screens came out and measured up and then spent extra time explaining the construction as I was concerned about the final look. In the end the door was manufactured and installed very quickly and to a high standard. I'm very pleased with the end result. Thanks.

I had two appointments with Custom Screens. One for measure and quote and the other for the installation of the two sliding security screens. On both ocassions the reps turned up on time and were very pleasant and to the point. The pricing was competitive and the installation process was very smooth. Just had security door fitted to Laundry side of house, door very solid. Stated 2 -3 weeks to fit and done today just after 2 weeks. They don’t try and up sell products to you and I appreciate their honesty. Always happy to support local businesses.

We were refreshingly surprised by the professionalism and integrity of Custom Screens who fitted two doors for us. A test of a good company is how they respond when things do not always go perfectly. In our case although they had fitted one of the doors there was a small misalignment within the frame. Within days and without any debate they had re-measured the frame and re-made the door to fit perfectly. Throughout the experience we were kept fully informed of what was happening by Troy. We would be happy to review to recommend Custom Screens based on our experience.

After being told by several screen door providers that they could not fit one because of my double glazed front door, Custom Screens did not blink an eyelid, simply measured up and then came one day to fit the frame and a couple of days later to fit the door. Voila!!!!! I was impresses with everyone I spoke to, from the person I spoke to,on the phone, to the person who came to measure, and the person who did the actual fitting.This company was highly recommended by a friend who and used them, and I would recommend them to anyone else.

I chose Custom Screens to install a set of decorative double security doors for me. I had quotes provided by 3 companies. Customer Screens were not the cheapest (although not far off), but their customer service was fantastic, response time great and happy to answer any questions I had. Plus, I preferred their range of decorative doors and felt that their mesh would be more suitable than some competitors for using in a coastal suburb, due to salt in the air. The install was carried out exactly when they said it would be and was quick. Very pleased with the finished result, it is exactly as we wanted.

One of the best prices from the four companies we went to. They also had a superior product in the sense that others needed a horizontal brace for our width doors (which we didn't want and there product was strong enough without it). Prompt service both in the sense of being a few weeks from ordering to being installed and installation took less than an hour. Friendly team. Recommended.

Went into their office/Showroom and they were extremely helpful as we had a pivot door and weren't sure if there was an option available. Came out on time and gave us options and told us the pros and cons of each installation. When we ordered they told us a manufacturing timeframe that was correct and we received a installation date a week in advance. The installer was on time and was polite and cleaned up after the installation. Little to their knowledge I did not shop around for quotes as they were professional and up front telling us they may not be the cheapest but you will receive a quality product. Installed today and we are happy with our purchase.

Had a great experience with Custom Screens. Replaced windows, doors and security screens. We always delt with Glen, who was always helpful even when he was time pressed. He was very knowledgeable with product selection, logistics and had prompt responses for any queries during the process. He provided guidance on selecting a design that is beautiful and suits the project whilst achieving it in the most cost effective way. He also managed to offer a very aesthetically pleasing alternative to the standard door hardware that we felt didn’t suit. The delivery people were also friendly and professional. In particular, Peter was very approachable and helpful with queries about the locks when he dropped off a security door. We would definitley use Custom Screens again!

Very happy with the service I received from both Grant who quoted our job and Chris who installed our security screen door and fly screens. Just had front and back screens installed. Front were normal screen doors. Very Happy. The back doors were tailored to suit our needs. From the quote thru to the installation these guys have been professional, friendly, on time and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I got a local quote off a company and these people beat it hands down. Well done guys! More than impressed :)

I did have some cheaper quotes for manufacture and installation of a basic screen door but paid a bit extra for Custom screens as I liked their service. End product looks fine. Good install. Friendly staff. Cheers

Ordered two security doors and two screens for windows. All were custom built. All phone contact and service men that attended the house were professional, on time and clearly understood their products and services.The initial contact to order to product installment was very quick. Really happy with the price and the quality of the product. They look very good and we will use this company again.

I had an old screen door (not from Custom Screens) which needed the mesh replacing and a dog door added. Custom Screens were more than happy to help with the repair and addition. They picked the door up on Monday and it was ready and returned by Wednesday. Great quality, service and a pleasure to deal with.

thank you for asking me to write a review re your products and service.your service man turned up on time and went straight to work and continued untill he had finished installing the screens.I have no problem with the screens as they are the ones i wanted and match the screens on the ohter units.He took all the old screens away but left behind on the window sills and garden bed all the broken rivets and also the drill shavings werent cleaned from the window sills
